1. Payment Methods Africa Safari Vintage accepts the following payment methods for safari bookings:

• Bank Transfers (Wire Transfers)
• Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
• Online Payment Platforms (PesaPal)
• Cash Payments (only in designated locations)

2. Deposit & Booking Confirmation To secure your safari booking, a deposit of 30% of the total package cost is required at the time of reservation. The deposit must be received within 7 days of making the booking. Failure to pay the deposit within this period may result in automatic cancellation of the reservation.

3. Balance Payment The remaining 70% balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the safari departure date. If the booking is made within 30 days of departure, the full amount is required at the time of booking.

4. Late Payments Bookings not fully paid within the required timeframe may be subject to cancellation. Late payments may incur additional fees or result in loss of reservation.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

1. Cancellations made 60 days or more before the safari start date: Full refund minus a 5% administrative fee
2. Cancellations made 30-59 days before the safari start date: 50% refund
3. Cancellations made less than 30 days before the safari start date: No refund
4. No refunds will be issued for no-shows or unused services once the safari has begun.

6. Currency & Transaction Fees All payments must be made in USD or equivalent local currency. Africa Safari Vintage is not responsible for any bank charges, currency exchange fees, or transaction fees applied by financial institutions.

7. Payment Confirmation Once a payment is received, a confirmation receipt and an updated invoice will be sent via email. Clients are advised to keep all payment records for reference.

8. Changes to Booking & Additional Costs Any modifications to the booking may result in additional charges. Changes are subject to availability and must be requested in writing.

9. Security & PrivacyAfrica Safari Vintage ensures that all transactions are processed securely. We do not store credit card details and use encrypted payment gateways to protect our clients’ financial information.
